Christmas Shirt

   I was wondering if anyone could help me out or have any ideas.  I need 
to make a design to be silk screened on a red or forest green shirt for 
the staff of a sporting good company that is Christmas themed. I am 
really not sure how to go about it without making it look to childish or
 cartoonis. The company sells just the major sports related items (no 
hunting/outdoors, golf, bowling, lacrosse, stuff). I needs to only be 
four color max. Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciate.
