Hey, guys, I'm doing some logo work for a guy and it needs a "Country", Hee Haw look. I am looking for any and all vector art of anything country, hick, redneck, hillbilly, etc...and some font suggestions. Please save eps down to CS1 if possible. Thanks, Papa.

Font suggestions:
http://www.dafont.com/drift-type.font http://www.dafont.com/rustler.font http://www.dafont.com/burnstown-dam.font http://www.dafont.com/mirisch.font http://www.dafont.com/hee-haw.font http://www.dafont.com/edmunds.font Obviously different, more "western" font's could be used - just depends how the logo is designed. These are a few really hillbilly-ish fonts. You can see the entire category at: http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=106&page=1. I'll see if I can find some graphics too! Hope this helps! Josh |

Mark,
How are you going to use the logo? I only ask because I found like a redneck golfer - but I don't think you need that one. Just curious. Thanks, Josh |

Hi, Josh! Thanks for the awesome responses! To clarify, a friend of mine from work is thinking of taking over a small convenient store here in a small town in Illinois. He wants the sign/logo/look to appear with a "Cracker Barrel" meets "Casey's General Store". I hope this makes sense? Mark.

To me, that's not necessarily hillbilly-ish. More country-like. Let me see what I have.

What is the surrounding area? Mountains, lakes, does the sun shine alot? I'd try and incorporate some of those elements into the logo. You wouldn't necessarily need something that looks hillbilly-ish. You know what I mean? Thanks,
Josh |
