I was wondering how many ScreenPrinters are on these forums , Whats you most popular screen mesh ? Do you have an automatic or manual machine? Color and station count ?

I use 195 and 305 mesh , Manual 4color 4station

We mainly use 110, 156 and 255 mesh, Manual 6 color 4 station and Automatic 4 color 6 station.

we usually use 110, 255, and 305...we have manual 6 color 4 station and are in the process of gettin an automatic

I use A 6 color 4 station manual press, as far as screen mesh it just depends on the print that your going to make. More detail = high mesh count (300) Less detail =lower mesh (120)... also depends on what is clean and ready to be used.... lol LOL

We have a 6 color 6 station manual press. Having a good range of screens is the best. Usually 3 to 4 different screen meshes will do.

I took a class awhile back and was told the most popular mesh is 110 (most universal), seems to be true so far. We use 110, 125, 158. Have others in stock that are used when the need is there. A lot has to do with if you are using halftones or not.

We are just starting out and have been screen printing for about 4 months now.

hola me llamo javier y soy de españa, soy rotulista y estoy emezando en el mundo de la serigrafía. normalmente hago serigrafía textil y suelo utilizar mallas de 43 y 65 hilos, y cuando hago algo de serigrafía plana utilizo mallas de 120 hilos. tengo un pulpo marbay marprint manual de 4 paletas y 4 colores que compré de segunda mano. aunque soy novato, si puedo ayudar en algo, por aquí estaré.

8 / 6 M&R Automatics. Mesh from 40 - 300 all depending on what you are printing and on what.
