marketing scheme help

   hi all,
I just started a new t-shirt business, designerscounty.com.  I just want an advise from t-shirt business people here for marketing scheme.  How do I propagate our company's name, advertise, etc. with limited resources ($$$)?  Please show me where and how to start.
