Vinyl struggles

   We are trying to cut Ref-Lite vinyl for a jacket application. We have a Roland cutter, set to 250gf, max blade pressure, new 60 degree blade. We can only get about 24" of cutting before the design becomes impossible to weed. If anyone can offer some suggestions, I would really appreciate the help.
